Thanks to our friend Sherrie Williams, we’ve got another special Disney Cruise Line post for you today. The one where we show you the multi course vegan champagne brunch options at Remy.
Remy, named after the lead character in Disney’s Ratatouille, is unarguably the most posh supplemental restaurant on both the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy.
Last week we brought you a review of the vegan options when dining at Remy for dinner. Today’s feature will cover the vegan brunch offerings.
Disney Cruise Line Remy Champagne Brunch Vegan Menu Options
We start with the beverage service, Free Trade Coffee with sugar cubes and plant based creamer.
Imagine sipping this while looking out over the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean.
Next up is the Bread Service, a crusty vegan fig bread with a nut butter spread.
Followed by a Tomato Course. This one is a tomato compote with fresh heirloom tomatoes, tomato foam and micro greens.
How gorgeous is this next plate?!
The Sweet Pea Course is served in an edible up with sweet pea paste, fresh shelled peas and edible flowers.
Onto our next savory offering, the Mushroom Course.
This plate is composed of an assortment of mushrooms and root vegetables. It’s garnished with micro greens.
The final savory course is a Tofu Dish.
The tofu steak is marinated and served alongside heirloom baby carrots.
The Dessert Course is a berry parfait creation of sorbet, fresh raspberries and blackberries and vegan meringue.
And to wrap up this elegant dining experience, vegan lime and lemon sugar coated lollipops to take away…complements of the chef.
As a supplemental dining experience there is an up charge of $75 per person (plus tax and gratuity) for brunch here. In addition, there is also a $30 charge per person when adding the Champagne pairing. A strict dress code is enforced and reservations are required.
These options are from an August 2019 sailing. Remy’s menu changes with the seasons so it’s possible that your experience may differ slightly from what is shown above.
