On our recent pizza throwdown, we discovered a new gelato stand had set up shop in the Grand Avenue area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios (formerly called the Muppet Courtyard – this is the area where Muppet-Vision 3-D and PizzeRizzo is located). We investigated and discovered that they had TWO different vegan sorbet flavors. The gelato cart is actually run by Vivoli il Gelato, located over in Disney Springs. The Disney Springs location actually has quite a few flavors of sorbet, or sorbetto, and they change throughout the year.
At the Grand Avenue Gelato cart, you can get one or two scoops in a cup – the sorbetto flavors were strawberry and mango when we visited, so of course, we had to try them both. They were absolutely delicious. I love both flavors – the strawberry is super fresh and sweet while the mango has a smooth but tart finish.
This gelato stand is a great spot to check out if you’re looking for a vegan dessert item in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Let us know if you give this a try on your next visit!
