NEW! The Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market Outdoor Kitchen in Germany will be offering guests vegan Potato Pancakes with House-made Apple Sauce.

NEW! Flavor Full Kitchen Hosted by AdventHealth has changed its vegan offering this year from the beet and cashew cheese dish called “From the Garden” to Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis.

Looks like the vegetables will include eggplant, carrot, zucchini, tomato and patty pan squash.

Florida Fresh is touting their plant based Watermelon Cucumber Slushy which has been available in the past. You should still be able to modify the Carne Guisada again as well. Just swap the carne (meat) for a second black bean cake with pico.

Cool Wash (near Test Track) will have Coca-Cola Slushies. Cool Wash was a year-round frozen Coke kiosk that closed permanently and now only seems to be utilized for festivals starting with last year’s Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.

Joffrey’s Coffee Carts are rolling out four sweet frozen concoctions that look to be vegan friendly. We will have to wait until official festival opening to know for sure. These include a Spring Berry Bliss (strawberry, coconut, raspberry vodka) in Future World, a Passion Flower (passion fruit, tea, lemon vodka) in Port of Entry, a Tropical Breeze (lemon, coconut, pineapple rum) in the American Adventure and an Orange Splash (lemon, orange vodka) in Canada.

You should also still be able to modify the Roasted Cauliflower at The Honey Bee-stro Outdoor Kitchen. Just omit the buckwheat honey carrot purée, honey blistered grapes and sunflower brittle and take the roasted cauliflower, asparagus, wild rice pilaf and coriander flowers.

You can buy the Orange Bird Sipper empty at The Citrus Blossom Outdoor Kitchen.

It also looks like the Chocolate Pudding Terrarium has changed its recipe in 2020. We say goodbye to the seeds and a crumble crust has taken its place.
