Vegan Taco Cone at 4 Rivers Cantina Food Truck in Disney Springs
Make a trip to the Disney Springs Marketplace at Walt Disney World to satisfy a craving for handheld street cuisine.
The menu at 4 Rivers Cantina Food Truck features a Taco Cone that can easily be modified vegan!
The cone itself is made by deep frying a burrito shell until crispy.
Get yours filled with savory black beans, rice, shredded lettuce, guacamole, pico de gallo, cilantro, jalapeño slices and a lime wedge.
This one is a bit messy so be sure to bring along those reusable utensils.
