Vegan Breakfast at The Wave of American Flavors in Walt Disney World
So you don’t want vegan Mickey waffles? Then skip the breakfast buffet and have a chef modify the Omelet Your Way offering.
Instead of eggs you’ll get cubed tofu mixed with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, red bell peppers, green bell peppers and spinach.
Breakfast potatoes come on the side.
This is a much more affordable option than the buffet for a hearty serving size of food.
You can also order a bowl of fresh fruit which is a mix of watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple and assorted berries.
EDIT: Recently two vegan as-is options have been added to the breakfast menu at The Wave. You can read more about this options here: Vegan Breakfast at The Wave in the Contemporary Resort at Disney World
After breakfast, the Magic Kingdom is just a short walk from the Contemporary Resort. Plan your day and Advanced Dining Reservations accordingly and you can walk back over later on in the evening and experience dinner at Disney’s California Grill.
The California Grill is located on the top floor of the resort and offers sweeping panoramic views of Walt Disney World from its floor to ceiling windows.
This signature restaurant is home to the iconic Vegan Unplugged Menu where you’ll get four tapas style servings of different vegan offerings.
