We’ve found a few vegan options at Rix Sports Bar and Grill in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World. Here’s one of those items available during breakfast.

You can find this pizza at Rix Sports Bar & Grill in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.
This is an “off menu” Vegan Veggie Pesto Breakfast Pizza ($13).
It’s a thin crust pie which is covered with a pesto made from vegan mozzarella cheese, parsley and basil in lieu of tomato sauce.
Toppings include diced tomatoes, red onion, diced artichoke hearts and Daiya mozzarella cheese.
The special “allergy kitchen” is located across the walkway from Rix in El Mercado de Coronado so you can order this breakfast pizza there as well.
