It’s a savory offering composed of Mung Bean Scramble, “Sausage” Crumbles, Grilled Tofu, Vegetables of the Season, and Cheddar Cheese.
The mung bean scramble is JUST egg. The sausage crumbles are composed of Impossible Foods “meat” and the cheddar cheese is Daiya brand. The veggie selection in our bowl was a mix of carrots, green beans, broccoli, red bell peppers and green bell peppers.
