Look what’s been added to the bakery case at Erin McKenna’s Bakery in Disney Springs.
This stunner is called Fancy Cake.
It’s two layers of vegan chocolate cake topped with chocolate frosting and garnished with cookie pieces.
It’s the prefect portion size and how great is it that we can now get a slice without having to buy an entire cake?!
Erin McKenna’s Bakery can be found near The Boathouse at The Landing in Disney Springs.
Other items you’ll find here include tea cakes, cupcakes, cupcake tops, cinnamon rolls, bagels, doughnuts, mini brownies, cookies and something called the Bakery Sink which is a cup filled with all different kinds of baked goods.
With advanced notice, you can even get a full sized, vegan cake made and delivered to you at select locations across Walt Disney World property.
