There’s a brand new vegan Hearts of Palm Ceviche coming to the 2019 Swan and Dolphin Food and Wine Classic at Walt Disney World.

Have you heard about the Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic at Walt Disney World?
“The Classic” is a two day food and wine extravaganza held along and around the causeway that connects both the Swan and Dolphin Resorts.
This year’s event will have a few vegan options.
Vegan Hearts of Palm Ceviche at the Swan & Dolphin Food & Wine Classic
Here we have the Hearts of Palm Ceviche debuting at a brand new surf party-themed area during the festival called Hang 10.
Hang 10 will immerse guests in a surf-themed beach party taking up residence on the resort’s white sand beach.
The Hearts of Palm Ceviche will be composed of thinly sliced fresh hearts of palm, lime juice, Bermuda onion, bell pepper and chili peppers.
The Classic will be taking place at the Swan & Dolphin on Friday, November 8th, and Saturday, November 9th.
The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic offers guests unlimited tastings and wine from more than 60 wineries amidst a festive backdrop of live entertainment on the hotel’s scenic causeway.
This year, causeway tickets include access to the Beer Garden.
The event also includes hands-on seminars with the hotel’s chefs and certified beverage experts.
Tickets to the event are $139.14 for all you care to enjoy or you can purchase an “a la carte ticket booklet” for $65. Each booklet contains 25 tickets and items cost between 2 – 6 tickets each.
