We’ve had the pleasure of sampling many chef created vegan dishes at Trattoria al Forno over the years. Now there is a dedicated vegan risotto on the menu.

Vegan Lentil Risotto at Trattoria al Forno on the Disney Boardwalk
Trattoria al Forno is serving guests authentic Italian cuisine in an old world setting.
We have enjoyed several versions of vegan risottos made on the fly by chefs at this full service restaurant in the past which have included mushroom, asparagus and even pumpkin risotto.
The eatery has finally put a plant based risotto on the menu and it’s vegan as-is without modifications.
Order the the Lentil Risotto ($24).
This warm and comforting dish is made with rice and golden lentils and is topped with a tofu ricotta, pistachio gremolata and micro greens.
The complementary bread service here is also vegan friendly and goes great with this dish. Buon appetito!
