We’re only ten days away from the start of the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World. Who’s excited?!
Last week Disney hosted members of the media at a preview for this spectacular event.
At the preview I was presented with a new modified festival dish to test out. There ARE some vegan “as-is” dishes that will be offered at the festival as well. I like to cover all my bases so I can switch things up depending on how many days I attend the event. Plus, the more options the better right?
Vegan Tostada at the 2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival
You can find this new dish at the Coastal Eats Marketplace.
Order the Modified Pacifico True Striped Bass Tostada.
It comes with a crunchy dressed red cabbage slaw and a vegan friendly fire-roasted tomatillo sauce on a tajin dusted crispy fried tostada garnished with cilantro.
Ask the chef doing the plating to sub extra slaw and tomatillo sauce for the fish.
