The 2019 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will be hosting guests for a vegan food and wine pairing event featuring Chef Brad Kilgore.
We are pleased to announce that there will be a vegan wine pairing as part of this year’s “Delicious Duo” Food and Beverage Pairing seminars.
Vegan Wine Pairing Announced for the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
Delicious Duo’s are a series of separately ticketed events held on select days during the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
Each 45-minute seminar is led by an industry professional.
This year there is one vegan session on the events calendar and it is scheduled for Friday, September 20th at 2:30 p.m.
The event aptly titled “Vegan & Wine” will be led by Brad Kilgore, restaurateur and Executive Chef of Alter, Kaido, Ember & Brava in the heart of Miami, Florida.
Wine pairings from Siduri Wines have been selected by Master Sommelier Michael Jordan. Siduri, named for the Babylonian goddess of wine, specializes in cool-climate Pinot Noir, so expect to find some of those gracing your glass.
The Delicious Dou seminars were previously held in the Wonders of Life pavilion. This year they have been relocated to the World ShowPlace Events pavilion between Canada and the United Kingdom while the Wonders of Life pavilion is undergoing a reimagining to the new Play Pavilion.
