Vegetable Pasta in a White Wine Sauce at Disney’s Trattoria al Forno
Speak to a chef at the Italian eatery Trattoria al Forno just outside Disney’s BoardWalk Inn for a gorgeous plate of off-menu vegetable pasta.
This entree was composed of vegan spaghetti noodles, mushrooms, artichokes and asparagus in a white wine sauce. Paired with a glass of wine for the perfect meal.
The complementary bread service here is also vegan.
Trattoria al Forno is fantastic when it comes to modifying dishes to be vegan. We have received a gorgeous vegan pizza here before as well as three different types of vegan risotto which included asparagus, mushroom, and pumpkin with a red wine reduction on top.
Time your dinner right and after you’ve finished up head on out to the bridge near the International Gateway entrance to Epcot to watch the nightly fireworks show.
