You can find this vegan double stacked Impossible burger in the Animal Kingdom theme park at Nomad Lounge.
This is a modification of the Impossible Sliders.
Request the house made vegan Hawaiian Roll off the “kids menu” Bunny Chow sandwich at Tiffins. (Nomad Lounge & Tiffins are attached)
The regular buns aren’t vegan. They offer gluten free, vegan Ener-G rolls as a substitution but the “bunny chow” buns are SO MUCH BETTER!
The plate normally comes with two sliders. When ordering it this way, the Nomad chef will double stack your vegan Impossible Burgers onto one bun.
Skip the chipotle aioli, which isn’t vegan. You can add ketchup if you’d like to keep things vegan.
Top your double slider with the tangy slaw that comes alongside it and enjoy that stack of yucca fries.
