The Hot Diggity Dogs food truck just rolled into Disney Springs at the Walt Disney World Resort and we’ve got the vegan scoop for you.
You can find the Hot Diggity Dogs food truck in Disney Springs West Side near Splitsville and Jaleo.
This new addition replaces the now retired Springs Street Tacos truck.
Disney’s Hot Diggity Dogs Food Truck Vegan Chicago Style Loaded Chips
The truck isn’t slinging any plant based hot dogs at the moment. You’ll have to go to B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. to satisfy that craving. But they are offering guests loaded chips and one of the selections is vegan friendly.
Order the Loaded House Made Chips ($7.00) and ask for them Chicago Style.
You’ll get a mound of crispy chips covered in thinly sliced dill pickles, diced fresh tomatoes, split sport peppers, diced red onion and a drizzle of yellow mustard.
There are packets of ketchup and relish available if you want to zhuzh them up even more.
You can take your Loaded Chips to go and enjoy them while strolling around Disney Springs or opt to sit at one of the dedicated tables in the food truck park.
