Here’s a fabulous fast casual breakfast option at Disney’s Riviera Resort at Walt Disney World.
Vegan Breakfast Pizza at Primo Piatto in Disney’s Riviera Resort
You can find it at the Primo Piatto restaurant. It’s Disney’s newest quick service restaurant located on the ground floor of its newest hotel property, Disney’s Riviera Resort.
Order the Farm-Fresh Breakfast Artisanal Pizza. This entree is vegan as-is with zero modifications needed.
You’ll get a fresh hearth-baked pizza dough topped with carrot-top pesto, vegan mozzarella cheese, roasted eggplant, red onion, roasted tomato, and a vegan JUST egg scramble.
Your pizza will come with a side of fruit which includes orange segments, blueberries and strawberries.
This pizza looks way better than the dry “Farm Fresh Artisanal Pizza” we were served at lunch.
