Vegan Safari Bobotie Breakfast at The Mara in Animal Kingdom Lodge
This item is available on the breakfast menu and is completely vegan as-is.
The dish is composed of plant-based egg and sausage with savory mushrooms, onions, and spinach. It’s served with chakalaka sauce which is similar to a salsa.
I checked the allergy binder for ingredients and found that this frittata is also using coconut milk. The vegan egg is JUST egg and the sausage is Field Roast Italian.
This offering is on the smaller side but packs a delightful flavor punch. I would definitely return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge specifically for this breakfast item.
