Vegan Avocado Toast at Captain Cook’s in Disney’s Polynesian Resort
The Avocado Toast starts with a base of sunflower multigrain bread. We did verify that the bread is free from dairy, egg and honey. Next comes a slathering of avocado. This get’s topped with JUST egg. You’ll need to speak to a chef and ask them to substitute the vegan egg for the chicken egg it normally comes with.
The toast is garnished with arugula, cherry tomatoes and a little cracked pepper.
Ask to omit the cheddar cheese, goat cheese crumbles and sour cream drizzle.
This restaurant is located on the monorail line and can easily be accessed from the Magic Kingdom via such. There is also a ferry boat to take you from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian Village Resort. If you are parked at the Transportation and Ticket Center, the Polynesian is just a short walk away from there as well.
