This salad is SO filling!
The Seasonal Green Salad at Kimonos inside the Walt Disney World Swan is a great start to a sushi dinner.
A bed of assorted greens is topped with cucumber slices, watermelon radish, sugared pecans and candied ginger strips.
The entire thing is dressed with a mandarin vinaigrette, although I asked to have mine dressed with the traditional ginger carrot dressing.
