Vegan Christmas Gingerbread Cookies at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort
Vegan and gluten-free gingerbread people can be found this holiday season gathered round the Gingerbread House display in the lobby of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
The Grand’s gingerbread house display is one of those iconic things that upon its arrival lets you know the holidays have officially begun at Walt Disney World.
The cookie people are made with love by the pastry chefs at Erin McKenna’s Bakery in Disney Springs and then trucked on over for guests to enjoy at the resort. Note that the regular gingerbread sold here is not vegan friendly. Only these special Erin McKenna’s variety.
Cookies are sold during normal operating hours when the hotel is teeming with guests. Wait until after everything has shut down to get access to the gingerbread house without any other people around for the best photos.
