This dish was one of our favorites we tried when we were hosted at a media preview of the fan-favorite Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
Vegan Cold Noodle Salad at the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival
This offering is new in 2019 and will be available at the Thailand Marketplace on the World Showcase promenade.
It’s a dish that needs to be modified. Trust me. You don’t want to skip out on it!
Here’s how you’re going to order. Ask for the Modified Shrimp and Cold Noodle Salad but instead of saying “omit shrimp” ask the person plating the dish to “substitute additional noodles” for the shrimp.
This way you’ll get your money’s worth. Cast members don’t have the ability to modify the price just because you’re leaving three shrimp off the plate.
What you’ll get is a cold rice noodle salad mixed with crisp veggies and coated in a delicious asian sauce. It’s garnished with a finishing touch of chopped green scallions.
The 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs daily from August 29th through November 23rd, 2019.
