If you’re lucky enough to snag an Advanced Dining Reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom during breakfast you can enjoy this brand new offering that will need a few modifications to make it vegan…for now.
You can find Be Our Guest Restaurant in Fantasyland. This Walt Disney World hot spot is offering guests quick service breakfast items and then transforms into a full service restaurant during dinner service.
Vegan Le Fou Festin Breakfast at Be Our Guest Restaurant Magic Kingdom
The Le Fou Festin is listed on the breakfast menu under the new “Plant Based” section. It is not free from animal products as of this moment. But it will be soon. We had to modify the dish to be completely vegan.
The Le Fou Festin is described as a “Plant Based” offering composed of plant-based eggs, sausage, bacon and breakfast potatoes served with fresh fruit.
The dish is supposed to have vegan sausage, however the restaurant ordered the wrong sausage and ended up with a sausage containing egg. So we had to omit that off the plate. We are hoping that they get the vegan sausage in soon so modifications aren’t needed.
The bacon is vegan and sourced from Sweet Earth and the vegan egg is Easy Egg brand by a company called Orgran. We were also given Erin McKenna’s Bakery Tea Cake slices.
