Plantain Chips with Black Bean Salsa have made it onto a menu board at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida and we’re here for it.
You can find this new offering at Tortuga Tavern in Adventureland at the Magic Kingdom.
Our team thought these were delicious and a solid alternative to nachos.
The salsa is a combo of black beans, tomatoes, onion, red bell peppers and green bell peppers.
This dish is vegan as-is with zero modifications needed.
Tortuga Tavern is open for both lunch and dinner. The Tavern is a quick service restaurant. As such, limited air conditioned seating is available inside with the majority of its seating options located outside in the courtyard adjacent to Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe.
Tortuga Tavern is only open seasonally so keep that in mind and check your guide map or MyDisneyExperience app before making the trek all the way over there.
