It’s a layer of vegan chocolate mousse, a layer of Oreo cookie crumbles (accidentally vegan as is) and another layer of chocolate mousse topped with a sprinkling of more cookie crumbles. It is rich and sweet, but not too sweet – the perfect chocolate snack!
