Get your vegan junk food on inside the fast-casual, Mardi Gras inspired Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory at Port Orleans French Quarter Resort.
This is the Modified Vegan Beignet Cheeseburger. Basically a doughnut burger, and you’re going to have to speak with a chef for this one.
We took the regular Beignet Cheeseburger and modified it with the options on the Plant Based Cheeseburger here.
What you’ll end up with is a Beyond burger patty topped with shredded vegan cheese along with lettuce and tomato slices sandwiched in between two vegan powdered sugar beignets.
French Fries come on the side and yes…this location uses a shared fryer.
You do not have to be a guest staying at the resort to dine at the resort.
