Vegan Ratatouille at All Star Music Resort in Walt Disney World
It’s also where you’ll find this vegan ratatouille.
But it’s only available on the dinner menu starting at 4 p.m.
Order the Plant-based Ratatouille ($9.99).
It features sautéed asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant and tomatoes in Italian seasoning over polenta and is finished with a balsamic drizzle.
We found the dish to be rather oily and the polenta to have very little flavor. Probably wouldn’t order it again…but it’s an option.
Other options here include a vegan burger and pizza with vegan cheese.
