Vegan Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower at Disney’s Ale and Compass Lounge
This is the modified Roasted Buffalo-style Cauliflower with hearts of romaine and vegan herb ranch.
You MUST specify vegan when ordering this dish so the chefs know to not use butter in the buffalo sauce.
They will also whip you up a quick vegan herb ranch for dipping in lieu of the traditional dairy ranch dressing.
