Bright Suns indeed today as Disney has released this latest news noting not one but TWO new vegan options at Ronto Roasters in Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Thank the maker, we now have a breakfast item and another lunch/dinner option at the Black Spire Outpost! Keep reading for more info:
Ronto Roasters in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is now offering two fabulous plant-based options. For breakfast, try the Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap – $11.49 with plant-based “egg,” smoky chickpea onion slaw, and roasted tomato sauce wrapped in a warm pita.
We sailed right over to Batuu and mobile ordered these new items to share with you in a little better lighting than Disney provided.
Your wrap is served on a little biodegradable tray that you pick up when your mobile order is ready.
The Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap tastes just like egg (but it’s not!) and the chickpea slaw is tangy and a great savory combination to start your morning off right. It can be served without the wrap for those needing a gluten-free option.
For lunch and dinner, the Zuchii Wrap – $11.99 features grilled zucchini, smoky chickpea onion slaw, creamy garlic tahini sauce, and fresh cilantro wrapped in a warm pita.
If you are having breakfast AND lunch in Batuu, you may want to switch it up as these two items are very similar in taste profile. They basically switch the egg at breakfast for zucchini and the tomato sauce in the breakfast wrap for garlic tahini in this one. Of course Docking Bay 7 has a few vegan items to enjoy too!
Ronto Roasters over on the west coast had previously offered a vegan version of their Ronto Wrap, so we are so excited that we get some options over on our side of the galaxy!
In other news, THE SPORK IS BACK! You can now once again purchase your own Docking Bay 7 spork – $10.99 (limited to one spork per person) in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge starting TODAY. And it even comes with a travel pouch perfect for keeping it safe as you explore the galaxy and beyond. We ordered ours by mobile order and had no issues at all.
Don’t forget you need a Park Pass reservation to visit Disney parks right now, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios can be hard to come by due to Rise of the Resistance. Fingers crossed the suns will be in your favor (now I’m just mixing movie franchise lines) and you can try these new options soon!
