Here are two fantastic vegan options to choose from when having breakfast at The Wave of American Flavors in the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World.

Vegan Breakfast at The Wave in the Contemporary Resort at Disney World
Recently my girlfriend Suzannah from ZannaLand had the opportunity to dine inside The Wave… of American Flavors restaurant at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
The Wave …of American Flavors, aka The Wave for short, is a full service restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel off of the main lobby.
The dining room doesn’t have any specific themeing per say but it is slinging American standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual setting.
There are two vegan as-is items on the breakfast menu here.
Up first is the Avocado Toast ($12). With this entree you’ll receive four stacked pieces of toast.
The toast is made from multigrain bread and is loaded with a caramelized onion jam and smashed avocado which is garnished with a watercress salad, thinly sliced radishes and sunflower seeds.
Your second option is the Garden “Egg” Sandwich ($14).
With this offering, two slices of multigrain bread cradle vegan JUST egg, Beyond sausage, avocado, peppers and onions and an onion jam.
Breakfast potatoes come as your side.
Suzannah said it was the perfect balance of sweet and savory!
