This cupcake is a chocolate brownie base with sunbutter frosting, a caramel center and an extra drizzle of chocolate on top.
Cupcakes aren’t all that’s available here. Cookies, cakes, bagels, eclairs, brownie bites, cupcake tops, doughnuts and cinnamon rolls are also in the bakery case. And that’s just a few of the menu items. Erin McKenna’s is also serving up vegan ice cream on the weekends.
I’ve always found that the selections tend to be better when visiting the bakery in the morning after the cases are just stocked. This location is usually open by 10 a.m.
