Vegan Flatbread at Paradiso 37 in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World
A Disney Springs staple for over 10 years, you can find Paradiso 37 nestled in between The Edison and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar.
Lately, many restaurants have been reducing their menu options. Let’s give 3 cheers to Paradiso 37, who just added a new entirely vegan item to their menu! In addition to the rest of the vegan options at Paradiso 37, you can now enjoy a new flatbread!
Paradiso 37 has seating options both inside and out. Social distancing measures are in place, with tables spaced apart and less capacity overall. A hand sanitizer station greets you at the front entrance. In order for guests to access the digital menu, there is a QR code is on every table. We were also given a paper menu when we were seated.
Napa Valley Vegan Flatbread
Paradiso 37 now offers a completely vegan flatbread option – the Napa Valley Vegan Flatbread. Made with a cauliflower crust, vegan mozzarella cheese, tomato, basil and a balsamic glaze, the flatbread is $22.
The crust is crisp and you would probably never guess it was made with cauliflower. I will note that I am not normally a huge fan of vegan cheese, and I loved this mozzarella. It was totally melty was the perfect base for the combination of fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, and balsamic drizzle.
While $22 is a bit pricey, this is definitely enough to share. I would totally go back to order this again, the combination of flavors were that good. Some chips and salsa or guacamole and a nice margarita and this is a perfect Disney Springs night.
We truly enjoyed this new vegan flatbread and hope you’ll head out to Paradiso 37 to give it a try. Let us know if you check it out.
