We love finding secret menu items at the Walt Disney World Resort. Today’s vegan Disney food find comes from Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Update – this is now a regular menu item, totally vegan as is!

Secret Menu Vegan Elote Corn Dip at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort
You used to this item as an off-menu “secret” vegan snack at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. It was a restaurant special that stuck around for a little while. It was so popular that now it’s on the menu all the time – vegan!
Pictured is the Roasted Corn Dip – plant-based as is.
It’s a mix of whole roasted grilled corn that has been cut off the cob with a smoked tomato aioli topped with parmesan cheese.
They prepare the dip with vegan aioli and top it with Follow Your Heart parmesan cheese.
Enjoy this offering with a pint of beer, glass of wine or one of the specialty craft cocktails being prepared here as you dine al fresco looking out across the lake and over to Coronado Springs new Gran Destino Tower.
This dip alone is worth a trip to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. It was sweet and salty and creamy. Everything you’d want in a bite!
