Vegan Poke Bowl at Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Coronado Springs

Three Bridges Bar & Grill has been a great go-to spot for a quick vegan bite to eat with fantastic views. The menu has recently changed and they now offer a vegan Poke Bowl which looks amazing! Three Bridges does not accept reservations, but they do have a walk-up list you can join as soon as they open, at 4:30pm daily. You can join the walk-up list on the My Disney Experience app, as well as order Three Bridges to go.

You can see all of the other vegan options at Three Bridges Bar & Grill here but let’s get to the new Poke Bowl!

The vegan Poke Bowl consists of basmati rice, coconut milk-lime sauce, a vegetable melee, and grilled pineapple, topped with a plant-based siracha aioli. The vegan Poke Bowl is $15.
