Here’s something NEW’ish for you to try at the 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival at Walt Disney World.
We’re calling this one new’ish because it was available at last year‘s festival, but was not vegan friendly in 2018. The chefs took our feedback, made a small tweak and now the offering is completely vegan”as-is”.

Vegan Fruit and Nut Energy Snack at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival
Order the Fruit and Nut Energy Snack.
This sweet treat is made with a mixture of apricots, almonds, pecans, coconut, puffed rice and vegan chocolate chips. It then gets a drizzle of vegan dark chocolate on top.
The normal portion size when ordering during the festival will be one larger square bar and not three small rounds.
The chef that I spoke with told me that the honey used in this dish last year has been replaced with corn syrup so it’s completely vegan friendly this year.
The 2019 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs daily from August 29th through November 23rd, 2019.
